Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Stocel ("Company") and users regarding the use of SajuNova ("Service").

Article 2 (Definitions)

  • "Service" refers to the Saju (Four Pillars of Destiny) analysis platform provided by the Company.
  • "User" refers to an individual who agrees to these Terms and enters into a service agreement with the Company.
  • "User Data" refers to birth date/time information and analysis results entered by the user into the Service.

Article 3 (Terms Effectiveness and Amendment)

  • These Terms become effective upon posting on the Service or notifying users through other means.
  • The Company may amend these Terms as necessary, and amended Terms will be announced within the Service at least 7 days prior to the effective date.
  • For significant changes, the Company will announce at least 30 days in advance and may provide individual notice via email.
  • If a user does not agree to the amended Terms, they may discontinue use of the Service and withdraw membership.

Article 4 (Service Use Agreement)

  • This Service is provided through a purchase-based model without a separate membership registration process.
  • When a user completes payment after entering required information, the Company provides analysis results via email.

The Company may refuse service provision or restrict use in the following cases:

  • Providing false information or identity theft
  • Inaccurate payment information or payment not approved
  • Use by minors under 14 without legal guardian consent
  • History of violating these Terms or fraudulent service use
  • Other cases deemed technically problematic by the Company
  • Users may request deletion of personal information at support@sajunova.com at any time, and the Company will process the request within 3 business days.
  • Upon deletion of personal information, Saju analysis results are immediately deleted. Information required to be retained by law will be stored separately for the required period.

Article 5 (Service Provision and Changes)

The Company provides the following paid services to users:

  • Saju (Four Pillars of Destiny) analysis service
  • Other Saju-related services developed or provided by the Company
  • The Company may change all or part of the Service for reasons such as service improvement or policy changes.
  • Service changes will be announced on the website at least 7 days before implementation.
  • For paid services, users will be individually notified via email for significant changes.

Article 6 (Service Hours)

  • The Service is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year as a principle.

The Company may temporarily suspend service provision in the following cases:

  • Maintenance, replacement, or failure of information and communication equipment
  • Communication disruption or significant operational reasons
  • Force majeure such as national emergencies, power outages, or service facility failures
  • Planned service interruptions due to regular maintenance will be announced in advance.
  • In case of unavoidable service interruptions, announcements may be made after the fact.

Article 7 (Content and Intellectual Property)

  • Copyright and intellectual property rights for Saju interpretation, fortune analysis algorithms, and content provided by the Company belong to the Company.
  • Birth date/time information entered by users is protected as personal information, and the Company uses it only for service provision purposes.
  • Intellectual property rights and other rights related to services, software, images, marks, logos, designs, service names, information, and trademarks provided by the Company belong to the Company.
  • Users may not process, sell, distribute, or reuse the information mentioned above without explicit approval from the Company.

Article 8 (User Obligations and Prohibited Activities)

Users must not engage in the following activities:

  • Entering false information or identity theft
  • Fraudulent use of payment information
  • Unauthorized copying, distribution, or resale of analysis results provided by the Company
  • Transmission of viruses, malware, or harmful programs
  • Infringement of intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
  • Damaging reputation or interfering with business of the Company or third parties
  • Commercial use of the Service without Company consent
  • Activities that interfere with stable operation of the Service
  • Fraudulent use of information obtained through the Service
  • Using the Service through automated means
  • Other illegal or improper activities
  • Users must comply with relevant laws, provisions of these Terms, notices posted on the Service, and matters notified by the Company.
  • Birth date/time information provided by users must be accurate. The Company is not responsible for errors in analysis results due to inaccurate information.

Article 9 (Service Use Restrictions)

  • If a user violates obligations under these Terms or interferes with normal operation of the Service, the Company may restrict the user's service use or take legal action.

The Company may refuse service provision or cancel already provided services in the following cases:

  • Identity theft and payment fraud
  • Copyright infringement (unauthorized distribution of analysis results, etc.)
  • Violation of telecommunications network laws, illegal communication, and hacking
  • Distribution of malicious programs, exceeding access permissions
  • Fraudulent use through automation tools
  • Other violations of relevant laws
  • If violations are confirmed, the Company may refuse refunds and hold civil and criminal liability.
  • Users may file an objection to service use restrictions at support@sajunova.com.

Article 10 (Damages and Liability)

  • Regarding free services, the Company shall not be liable for any damages to users except in cases of intentional or gross negligence by the Company.

The Company is not liable for the following matters:

  • Differences between interpretation of Saju analysis results and actual outcomes
  • Whether fortunes expected by users through service use are realized
  • Results of decisions made based on information obtained through the Service
  • Service use disruptions due to user fault
  • Disputes arising from transactions between users or between users and third parties
  • The Company is exempt from liability for service provision if unable to provide services due to force majeure such as natural disasters.
  • The Company is not liable for damages caused by user computer errors or inaccurate personal information and email addresses provided by users.
  • Saju analysis through the Service is only reference material based on traditional fortune interpretation, and the Company is not responsible for decisions made based on it.

Article 11 (Privacy Protection)

  • The Company strives to protect users' personal information in accordance with relevant laws.
  • Relevant laws and the Company's Privacy Policy apply to the protection and use of personal information.
  • The Company does not provide users' personal information to third parties without consent, except as required by relevant laws.
  • The Company is not responsible for personal information exposed due to user fault.

Article 12 (Dispute Resolution)

  • In case of disputes regarding these Terms, the Company and users shall make all necessary efforts to resolve disputes amicably.
  • If disputes are not resolved despite efforts mentioned above, users may apply for dispute mediation to consumer dispute resolution committees, personal information protection committees, etc.
  • Lawsuits related to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in the Republic of Korea.
  • Laws of the Republic of Korea apply to disputes related to these Terms.

Article 13 (Miscellaneous)

  • Matters not specified in these Terms and interpretation of these Terms shall follow laws related to consumer protection in e-commerce, laws regulating terms and conditions, consumer protection guidelines in e-commerce established by the Fair Trade Commission, and relevant laws or practices.
  • Even if some provisions of these Terms are deemed invalid by law, the effectiveness of remaining provisions is not affected.
  • These Terms are written in Korean, and in case of differences with translated versions in other languages, the Korean version takes precedence.

Addendum

These Terms apply from November 1, 2025.
