SajuNova Service Refund Terms

1. General Policy

At SajuNova, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Refunds must be requested within 7 days of purchase
  • Full refund is provided if PDF was not delivered due to technical errors
  • Refund processing takes 3-5 business days from the request date

2. Eligible and Non-Eligible Refunds

Below are the conditions for refund eligibility:

2.1 Eligible for Refund

  • Payment completed but PDF not delivered via email
  • Saju analysis not properly generated due to system error
  • Duplicate payment occurred (refund for duplicate transaction only)

2.2 Not Eligible for Refund

  • Change of mind after receiving and viewing the PDF
  • Incorrect birth date/time information entered resulting in unexpected results
  • Saju analysis content or interpretation differs from personal expectations

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@sajunova.com
  2. Email subject: [Refund Request] Order number or email address
  3. Include the following information in the email body: - Email address used for payment - Payment date and time - Reason for refund (brief explanation)
  4. We will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days

Note: Once approved, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method. Actual refund completion may take additional time depending on your card issuer or payment provider's policies.

4. Refund Processing Steps

  1. Refund request received and identity verification (email verification)
  2. Review refund eligibility (approximately 1-2 business days)
  3. Process refund to original payment method if approved (3-5 business days)
  4. Send refund completion confirmation email

5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be applied in the following cases:

  • PDF received but contains errors in some content (determined after review)
  • Part of the service was not provided

6. Alternatives When Refund Not Available

If a refund is not possible, we may offer the following alternatives:

  • Provide new analysis results after re-entering information (if input error occurred)
  • Resend after resolving technical issues
  • Detailed interpretation guidance through customer support team

7. Changes to Refund Policy

This refund policy may be modified according to relevant laws and company policy changes. Important changes will be announced on the website at least 7 days in advance.
